we know that
surface area of a sphere=4*pi*r²

volume of a sphere=(4/3)*pi*r³

the ratio surface area to volume
=4*pi*r²/[(4/3)*pi*r³]-----> 3/r----> 3/1080-----> 0.0028

the answer is
the option B. 0.0028
