First you simplify the one with bracket. As a result you will get 4x + 4. After that put the x to one side, and the numbers on the other side. And you will get something like this:
4x-2x<-4+3
2x<-1
x>-1/2
Remember, as you transfer the number from x, the symbol also change: (<) to (>).
